Introduction to Maia Pix

Maia Pix is the image-focused hub of the Maia ecosystem, dedicated to AI-generated images created with Maia AI. Within Maia Pix, users can create, edit, and purchase AI images and, if they choose, offer them for sale by becoming a Creator. The platform combines image generation and editing tools with an integrated marketplace and is natively connected to Maia App.

Even if you don’t have an account, you can still access Maia Pix and browse the images.
However, if you want to actively use the platform, you will need to register:
– To generate, edit or buy images you need to have a Maia account;
– To sell your own images, you need to become a Maia Creator.

Yes, you can still browse Maia Pix without an account. However, to generate, edit, or purchase images, you must sign up and log in with a Maia account.
Yes. You will need to create a Maia account to use Maia Pix features. When you register on Maia Pix, a Maia App account is automatically created as well (and vice versa). The sign-up process also grants you immediate access to the Free Plan (50 free Maia Credits/month). With a single profile, you can access both platforms, using the same Maia Credit Basket and the same Maia Wallet.

By registering on Maia Pix, you automatically receive a Maia App account with the Free Plan, which includes 50 free Maia Credits every month. These credits can be used on both platforms to create images, purchase images, and access all the features in Maia App.

Yes. A single Maia account gives you access to both Maia Pix and Maia App. The same Maia Credit Basket and Maia Wallet are always available and fully synced across both platforms.

No. Registration is unified. You can log in to both Maia Pix and Maia App using the same username and password, without creating separate accounts.

Maia Pix stands out because it is not just an image marketplace, but an ecosystem fully integrated with the entire Maia universe.
With the Maia Credit system, you can:
– Purchase ready-made images (with personal and commercial licenses),
– Generate new images,
– Edit the generated images and the ones you purchase,
– Access all Maia App features.
In addition, you can put the images you create up for sale and monetize them directly.

Yes. Maia Pix is designed to be accessible even to users without professional design skills.
The image generation and editing tools guide you step by step, making AI image creation simple and intuitive.

Yes. Maia Pix is available worldwide. Payments and earnings are handled in U.S. dollars (USD), and the platform can be accessed online from any country.

Yes. Selling images on Maia Pix is optional. You can use the platform only to create, edit, and manage your images without putting them up for sale.

Maia Creators are registered users who have claimed the Creator role and can offer images generated with Maia for sale. Images submitted by Creators go through a review process before publication to ensure quality and compliance with platform guidelines.

After registering, you can claim your Creator role from your personal area or from the Creator page on the website.
Once the role is activated, you can:
– Offer for sale the images created within Maia Pix,
– Offer for sale the images created through Maia App that appear in My Gallery, where you can directly select which ones to submit.
All submitted images are reviewed before being published.
Earnings from sales are credited to your Maia Wallet, which is shared across the entire Maia ecosystem.

Yes. You can start as a regular user and request the Creator role at any time from your personal area or the dedicated page on the website.

All registered users can purchase images available on Maia Pix, as long as they have enough Maia Credits in their Maia Credit Basket. Images are purchased using available Maia Credits and include both personal and commercial usage licenses, in accordance with the platform’s Terms and Conditions.

If you’re already a Maia App user, there’s no need to create a new account. You can log in to Maia Pix using the same login credentials and claim the Creator role from there.
You can request to become a Creator:
– From your personal area within Maia Pix,
– From the Creator page on the Maia Pix website.
Once activated, you’ll be able to offer for sale the images you’ve created with either Maia App or Maia Pix, directly from My Gallery.

Maia and Image Creation

Maia AI is an advanced Artificial Intelligence ecosystem designed to offer users an innovative way to work with AI tools for image creation, text generation, content production, research, and operational support.
Maia AI is the shared technological core that powers all features across the ecosystem, including:
– Maia App, an all-in-one AI environment for generating and using content;
– Maia Pix, the engine dedicated to generating, editing, and selling AI-generated images.

Maia combines the best performance of multiple AI generation models, including its own optimized models, to deliver an advanced creative experience. Through continuous optimization and enhancement, Maia produces high-quality images based on user-provided text prompts, delivering detailed, unique results.

Yes. Images that are generated or purchased can be edited directly within Maia Pix using the built-in editing tool. The editing features allow you to adjust, refine, or customize images according to your needs.

To generate images with Maia AI you can use two different platforms within the Maia ecosystem:
– Maia App: images can be generated on both mobile and desktop, alongside all other Maia App features (text, music, research, and more). Images are saved to My Gallery and can be offered for sale if you are a Creator.
– Maia Pix: images can be generated directly from desktop within a dedicated image environment that also includes advanced editing and management tools.

Yes. Images created with Maia AI are saved automatically, but in different sections depending on where they are generated:
– The images created on Maia App are saved in My Gallery;
– The images created on Maia Pix are saved in My Pix Gallery inside your personal area.
In both cases, images can be managed, edited, downloaded, and—if you are a Creator—submitted for sale.

Yes. You can use an existing image—either created with Maia or uploaded by you—as a “reference image” or “face reference” to generate new images. In this case, Maia Credits are used only for the generation itself; using image or face references does not involve any additional costs.

Yes. Images created with Maia AI can be used for both personal and commercial purposes, in accordance with the platform’s Terms and Conditions.

Yes. You can freely manage the images you create, depending on where they were generated:
– The images created on Maia App can be managed from My Gallery (e.g., organization, download, deletion);
– The images created on Maia Pix can be managed from My Pix Gallery in your personal area.
In both cases, images can be edited, used, or—if you are a Creator—submitted for sale, in line with the platform’s available features.

You can explore all Maia App features by visiting the official website: www.maia.ai.

Image generation depends on the availability of Maia Credits in your Credit Basket. Each generation uses a certain number of credits; as long as you have enough Maia Credits, you can continue generating images.
The Free Plan includes 50 free Maia Credits per month; additional Maia Credit packages are also available to be purchased at any time.

Image Purchasing and Selling

To purchase an image on Maia Pix, you must be a registered Maia user and have enough Maia Credits in your Credit Basket. From the image page, you can start the purchase, which is completed exclusively using Maia Credits. Once the purchase is complete, the image is immediately available for download and can be edited using Maia Pix’s built-in editing tool.

The cost of an image on Maia Pix is expressed in Maia Credits and is determined directly by the platform.
Currently, there are three pricing tiers:

  • Silver Image: $4.99 (500 Maia Credits)

  • Gold Image: $11.99 (1200 Maia Credits)

  • Platinum Image: $19.99 (2000 Maia Credits)

The price is not set by the Creator, but is automatically assigned based on qualitative and performance criteria.

To sell images on Maia Pix, you must:
1- Be a registered Maia user;
2- Claim your Maia Creator role;
3- Submit images created with Maia App (from My Gallery) or with Maia Pix (from My Pix Gallery inside your personal area) for sale.
All submitted images go through a review process before being published.

Images on Maia Pix can be purchased exclusively using Maia Credits.
Maia Credits can come from:
– The Free or Elite plans of Maia App;
– The Maia Credit packages purchased on Maia Pix or Maia App.
Credit packages and paid plans can be purchased by credit card. Image purchases always deduct credits from the unified Maia Credit Basket shared between Maia App and Maia Pix.

There is no system for requesting direct customizations from Creators. However, all images purchased on Maia Pix can be edited by the buyer with the built-in editing tool. This allows users to adapt images to their needs without external requests.

Yes. After purchasing an image, you can edit it with the Maia Pix editing tool. Alternatively, you can download the image and edit it with external software.

Yes. You can use Maia Pix exclusively to edit images you’ve generated with Maia AI, without purchasing images from the catalog.

No. Once purchased, the image remains associated with your account and stays available in the “Sales/Purchases” section of your personal area, without the need to purchase it again.

Yes. You can remove submitted images at any time from the “Pix for Sale” section in your personal area. Images removed from sale will remain available in My Pix Gallery, and any images already purchased by users will continue to be accessible to those users who purchased them.

Yes. All images purchased on Maia Pix include both a personal and a commercial license, in accordance with the platform’s Terms and Conditions.

No. Purchased images are not exclusive. The purchase grants a personal and commercial usage license, but not exclusivity over the image.

Yes. Images generated with Maia remain under your ownership. However, by listing them on Maia Pix, you agree to the platform’s terms of use and cannot claim exclusivity.

No. Image pricing on Maia Pix is set by the platform. This ensures consistency, transparency, and balanced positioning for all Creators.

No. There is no maximum limit to the number of images a Creator can list for sale on Maia Pix. Each submitted image is reviewed individually according to the platform’s review criteria before being published.

No. Images are not automatically removed based on sales performance. They remain available as long as they comply with the platform’s guidelines.

Credits and Monetization

The Maia Credits are the internal currency of the Maia ecosystem. They are used to access features on both Maia App and Maia Pix, such as generating, editing, and purchasing images, as well as all other functionalities available within Maia App.
All Maia Credits are stored in a single Credit Basket, shared between Maia App and Maia Pix.

Maia Pix users can use the Maia Credits to:
– Generate new images with Maia AI (editing is always free);
– Purchase images available on Maia Pix;
– Access the features available in Maia App, according to their plan.
Maia Credits are used exclusively to access platform features and do not represent direct earnings. Revenue generated from image sales by users with the Creator role is credited in real currency to the Maia Wallet.

The value of Maia Credits is fixed and transparent: 1 Maia Credit = $0.01 USD.
This value is the same across both Maia App and Maia Pix and does not change depending on where the credits are used.

Each platform feature—such as image generation, the use of specific tools, or other actions—requires a defined number of Maia Credits, which are deducted from your Credit Basket at the time of use. This ensures clear, measurable, and consistent credit usage across the entire Maia ecosystem.

The Maia Credits themselves are not converted into real currency. When a Creator sells an image on Maia Pix, the net earnings are credited directly in U.S. dollars (USD) to their Maia Wallet.
From the Maia Wallet, users can:
– Accumulate their earnings within the wallet;
– Use the balance to purchase new Maia Credits, usable on Maia App and Maia Pix;
– Request a payout in real currency via bank transfer once the minimum threshold of $25 USD is reached.
Until this threshold is reached, funds remain available in the Maia Wallet and can be freely used within the Maia ecosystem.

No. Each account has a single Maia Credit Basket and a single Maia Wallet, both shared across Maia App and Maia Pix. This ensures simple, transparent, and fully synchronized management.

No. The Maia Credits are not transferable between users. Each account has its own Credit Basket, which can only be used by the associated user.

Earnings are converted into real currency through the Maia Wallet. Any transaction fees, commissions, or minimum withdrawal requirements may depend on the payment systems used and will be clearly indicated at the time of the bank transfer request.

The Maia Credits are the internal currency used to access features on Maia App and Maia Pix (image generation and purchases).
The Maia Wallet, on the other hand, holds real money (USD) earned by Creators through image sales on the platform.

Earnings from image sales are not credited in Maia Credits, but directly in U.S. dollars (USD) to the Maia Wallet. The Maia Credits are used solely to access platform features (image generation and purchase).

Yes. The available balance in your Maia Wallet can be used to purchase new Maia Credits for use on Maia App and Maia Pix, or it can be withdrawn as real currency once the minimum payout threshold of $25 USD is reached.

No. Image sales generate earnings in real currency (USD), which are credited to the Maia Wallet. Maia Credits must be purchased separately or obtained through active plans.

No. The purchased Maia Credits do not expire. However, the Maia Credits included in subscription plans may be subject to the specific terms of the plan.

Any Maia Credits available in your Credit Basket at the time of a plan change remain available even when switching between plans, in accordance with the conditions of the newly active plan.

Quality and Image Selection

Yes. All images submitted for sale on Maia Pix go through a structured review process before being published.

The process includes:
– An initial automated check to verify compliance with content guidelines;
– A second manual review focused on image quality and suitability for sale.

Only images that pass both stages are published on Maia Pix.

Images that violate Maia Pix guidelines or contain references to prohibited content cannot be sold.

In particular, the following are not allowed:
– sexual or explicit content, including pornography, explicit nudity, fetishes, or sexual references;
– violent content, including blood, torture, abuse, suicide, or violence against people or animals;
– discriminatory or offensive content, such as insults, hate speech, or derogatory language;
– political, religious, or sensitive public-figure references, including political leaders, religious symbols, or ideologies;
– copyright violations or improper use of protected subjects;
– explicit or non-compliant text present in the image or in the prompt.

Images falling into these categories may be rejected or permanently banned, with no possibility of resubmission.

No. Only images created with Maia AI—generated through Maia App or Maia Pix—can be listed for sale on Maia Pix. This ensures traceability, consistency, and compliance with the platform’s content guidelines.

Once a Creator submits an image for sale, it enters the review process and one of three outcomes may occur:
– Approved → the image is published and made available for sale.
– Down (needs revision) → the image has quality or formal issues that can be corrected and may be edited and resubmitted.
– Banned → the image violates the platform’s content guidelines (for example, due to blacklisted terms) and cannot be resubmitted.

In all cases, the Creator receives an email notification with the review outcome and, when applicable, guidance on how to improve the image.

Yes. Any user can report images they consider inappropriate or potentially non-compliant using the dedicated reporting feature available on the platform. Reports are reviewed by the Maia Pix team in accordance with the applicable guidelines and policies.

The aesthetic quality of images is evaluated during the manual review based on standardized criteria, including:

– clarity and recognizability of the main subject;
– correct proportions and scale of elements;
– completeness and coherence of the background;
– overall technical quality of the image;
– consistency between the image, any text present, and the visual context.

These criteria help maintain a consistent quality standard across Maia Pix.

An image can be marked as “Down” even if it does not violate the blacklist when it does not meet the quality standards required for sale on Maia Pix. In these cases, the image does not contain prohibited content but can be improved from an aesthetic, technical, or compositional standpoint before being published.

Yes. If an image is marked as “Down,” it can be edited and resubmitted for a new review. The email notification you receive will outline the issues identified, helping you improve the image before submitting it again.

There is no predefined maximum number of resubmissions. However, each new submission is reviewed individually and must demonstrate improvement compared to previous versions.

The quality assessment is based on standardized criteria designed to reduce subjectivity and ensure a consistent standard across the marketplace. Human review is used to verify that the image is suitable for sale and for the overall user experience on Maia Pix.

Yes, in certain cases. An image that has already been approved may be removed if:

– it receives substantiated reports from users;
– violations of the guidelines that were not initially detected come to light.

In such cases, the situation is reviewed by the Maia Pix team.

Yes. Image quality is one of the factors considered in the classification system that determines the price tier assigned by the platform. The price is not set by the Creator but is automatically defined to ensure consistency and transparency.

Yes. Marketplace performance (such as user interest and sales) can contribute to the overall evaluation of images over time. This helps highlight Creators who produce compliant content that is appreciated by users.

Copyright and Image Usage

The user who generates an image with Maia retains ownership of it and may use it for personal or commercial purposes within the limits of the granted usage license. However, due to the nature of generative AI, similar images may be produced by other users starting from similar inputs. As a result, it is not possible to claim absolute exclusivity over a generated image, nor to prevent similar variations from being created by other users.

No. Purchasing an image on Maia Pix grants usage rights, but not the right to resell or redistribute it as your own creation.

Yes, but you cannot claim the image as your own creation or resell it to third parties.

Due to the nature of generative AI, no user can claim exclusivity over a generated image. The algorithm uses machine learning models based on shared data, which means that, while each image is unique within the context of a single use, other very similar or visually indistinguishable images may be generated by other users. As a result, it is not possible to obtain exclusive rights or patents for an image created with Maia.

The purchase of an image grants a usage license that allows personal or commercial use with no time limits, but does not authorize resale, redistribution, or modification without the explicit consent of the rights holder. The user may use the image for professional, advertising, or editorial projects, but must comply with the license terms established by the platform.

Yes, purchased images can be edited using the integrated editing tool in Maia Pix, as well as Photoshop, Canva, or other compatible editors.

Editing Purchased Images

Yes. The images you generate with Maia AI can be edited at any time.
More specifically:
– The images generated via Maia App can be edited by sharing them from My Gallery;
– The images generated on Maia Pix can be edited from My Pix Gallery in your personal area.
All editing features are available via the Maia Pix editing tool.

No. The images listed in the Maia Pix catalog can only be edited after purchase. Before purchasing, you can access an image preview; the editing features become available once the purchase is completed.

After purchasing an image, you can edit it with the Maia Pix editing tool. Editing allows you, for example, to: – Adjust the style or specific visual details; – Make variations to the original image; – Refine the image to better suit your needs.

The editing tool is available to all registered users and can be accessed from the “Editor” page on the Maia Pix website, as well as by clicking the “Edit” buttons available in the sections of your personal area. The editing tool allows you to use all integrated editing features.

Yes. You can edit an image as many times as you want with no limits.

Edits allow you to work on the image while always keeping a reference version. This means you can make changes without losing the original image.

Yes. Once you edit an image you can download it.

Yes. Purchased images can be downloaded and edited using external software such as Photoshop or other graphic editing tools.

Yes. Edited images retain the license for both personal and commercial use, in accordance with the platform’s Terms and Conditions.
