images on Maia Pix
1. Visual clarity and image composition
The image must be immediately understandable and well structured.
It should have a clear, readable composition. The main subject must be instantly recognizable, well framed, and consistent with the overall style, without elements that distract or confuse the scene.
What we look at:
- Is the main subject clear at first glance?
- Is it well positioned and not cropped or partially hidden?
- Is the background coherent or does it distract from the scene?
- Do secondary elements enrich the image or make it chaotic?
When the image might be sent back:
If the image is interesting but needs a more balanced composition or greater visual clarity.
2. Absence of AI generation errors
The image must look “credible” and polished.
It should not show typical AI generation issues such as anatomical distortions, inconsistent faces, incorrect hands, merged objects, or visually anomalous details. The image must appear refined and believable as a whole.
What we look at:
- Are anatomy and proportions realistic?
- Do objects have a coherent and recognizable shape?
- Are there any obvious glitches, artifacts, or visual anomalies?
When the image can be resubmitted:
If the idea is valid but the image needs to be regenerated or revised using editing.
3.Technical quality and rendering
The image must be technically ready for real-world use.
It should be sharp, well lit and of adequate resolution. Blurry, overly noisy, overexposed images or those with clear definition problems are not suitable.
What we look at:
- Is the image sharp and well defined?
- Is the lighting coherent and not “dirty” or inconsistent?
- Does the framing enhance the subject?
When the image can be resubmitted:
If the image appears blurry, hard to read, or technically weak compared to marketplace standards.
4.Privacy and sensitive content
Images must be safe, anonymous, and usable in commercial contexts.
Images depicting real, recognizable people, minors, documents, personal data or elements that may violate privacy are not allowed. Images must be safe and usable even in public and commercial contexts.
What we look at:
- Are faces not traceable to real people?
- Are there no documents, personal data, or sensitive information?
- Can the image be used safely in public or commercial contexts?
When the image can be blocked:
If it violates privacy or safety principles.
5. Prohibited content
Some types of content cannot be sold on Maia Pix.
Images that include or reference violence, explicit nudity, hate, discrimination, drugs, politics, religion, or improper use of brands and copyrighted material cannot be published. In some cases, the image can be edited and resubmitted.

- These images cannot be published.
- In some cases, they can be modified and resubmitted; in others, they cannot.
6. Serious violations
Some content is permanently incompatible with the platform.
Images containing severely inappropriate, illegal or repeatedly non-compliant content are permanently banned. In these cases, modification or re-review is not possible.

These decisions are final and do not allow for a new evaluation.
7. Non-compliant textual content
Text is an integral part of the image and of its evaluation.
Text within the image, title or description must be relevant, clear and appropriate. Offensive, ambiguous or non-coherent text in relation to the visual content is not allowed.
What we look at:
- Is the language appropriate and respectful?
- Are there any offensive or ambiguous messages?
- Is the text consistent with the image being submitted?
When the image can be sent back:
If the text can be adjusted without altering the visual content of the image.
8. Aesthetic and commercial value of the image
An image can be technically correct but still not ready for sale.
Beyond technical aspects, the image must have real value for the marketplace. We prioritize images that are balanced, clear, and immediately usable by buyers.
What we assess:
- Is it immediately understandable?
- Is it aesthetically balanced?
- Is it something a user might realistically want to buy?
When the image can be sent back:
If the image has potential but needs refinement, more clarity or better coherence.
